Decent Stay but Room Issues

The lobby felt nicely updated, and parking was ample, but watch out for room issues. My King Room had a tilted bed and dated TV. Breakfast options were limited, with questionable cleanliness in the dining area. For families, securing the right bed type is crucial-check availability first!

The breakfast with eggs cooked to order, pancakes and also under was delicious for what you got. The room I booked was could be updated the fold out couch was not comfy and available with the king bed, a patio plus couch. Location: the hotel was just off the civic center and a beautiful garden like setting. I was surprised at nearby Starbucks, they had some goodies, drinks.

The lobby was updated, inviting, and easy to navigate. The staff provided quick assistance and were ready to help with local dining recommendations. I also appreciated the ample parking space available outside.

It was disappointing the hotel was closed , as I had high hopes for my stay.

Location was beautiful. Check in was with a delightful young lady who made us smile. Checkout was a breeze. Accommodations were good. Only complaint was inadequacy of handicap parking. Would stay again.

Needed more and closer to entrance handicap parking.

The staff was Top Notch! My husband and I were greeted with genuine smiles the very moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. When ever we needed anything, it was taken care of with kindness. This was the friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed in.

Just a suitable option for a mini-break over the weekend in Columbus with best value for money ratio. The staff were friendly, made check-in smoother and more pleasant than I expected. Be sure to check if amenities like breakfast are included beforehand.

Ice machines on 2 floors not working getting to the inn was not easy WAY off the main road.

The King Room was pretty nice. It was clean and super comfy, definitely got a good night's sleep. The A/C was a bit tricky since it wasn't working perfectly, but overall the room was still cozy. The decor felt modern and inviting. I could see a nice view from the windows. Just wished the A/C behaved better.

we loved the hotel and the staff.we had a problem with the heating uint .and they took care of the problem as well as us.

My room was dirty when I checked in I was so tired from driving 12 hours so I just laid across the bed well when I got back in that night I pulled the sheets back and they was not clean it had some type of crumbs in between the sheets so I just slept on the ottoman because I was tired then when I woke up I looked under the bed and it had some trash and some dirty socks as well I told the front desk clerk I was so upset I took pics and videoed it
